Payment
All services must be paid for in advance, at the first of the month, or when you start.
Refunds: All payments are non-refundable, however, they are transferable to friends or family.

Appointments
Please try your best to be on time for your scheduled appointment. Each session lasts 30 minutes. If you realize that you will be late, please try to call. We will accommodate you as best as we can but if you do arrive late, the exercise session may have to be shortened.
Cancellation / rescheduling requires 12 hours notice; otherwise you will be charged the full session rate. Please call the studio as soon as you are aware that you will not be able to keep your appointment. If you are calling after business hours, please leave a message on the machine.
Charges
Your account will be charged for the following events:
- completion of a scheduled session
- failure to show for scheduled session
- late cancellation of scheduled session (less than 12 hrs)
For team training, client missing the session will be charged for the balance of a single session workout rate ($7.50) with 12 hours notice. Failure to provide notice will result in client being charged $22.50.
Assignment of Trainers: Fitness by Design is a team of trainers. Typically, a client will work with the same trainer but in some circumstance a different trainer may be assigned based on need.
Children
All children are strictly prohibited from the exercise floor unless working with a personal trainer.
Out of Town Guests
Guest must have a Health History and Waiver form on file. Guests are allowed use of the aerobic equipment for a fee of $10.00. Use of strength training equipment requires appointment with trainer at rate of $45 (45 minute session).
