Education: Ball State University – Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science

Certification: F.I.R.S.T. Certification, Fitness by Design Personal Training Certification, and CPR Certified.

Tom’s Personal Training: I workout 2-3 times a week, and I focus on strength training.  I use the HIT (High Intensity Training) Method of training and I’ve been working out this way for over 6 years.

Fitness-Related Interests: Outside of the gym I really like to stay active.  I play a lot of golf, and also enjoy playing basketball.

Achievements: 7 years of Personal Training.

I work my clients just the same as I work myself, very intense and brief workouts.  I workout 2-3 times a week for 30 minutes just like my clients.  I train people of all ages, from high-school athletes to 70 year-old retirees.
