Achievements: My education and using it to guide clients in attaining a healthier lifestyle.
Living an active, healthy lifestyle is of the utmost importance to me. Being in a position to help others reach a healthier lifestyle is very exciting. HIT is hard work but my energy and Passion allows me to help clients get the full benefits from this type of training.
