Heather’s Personal Training: High Intensity Strength Training 2 to 3 times a week.
Fitness Related Interests: Basketball, Volleyball, Softball, Weight Training. I’m very active and love to be outdoors and try new things!
I’m very excited to be in a position where I can help others reach their persoanl fitness goals. Being active and healthy have always been very important to me. I love being able to use my energy and passion for health and fitness to motivate and help others pursue a healthier life for themselves.
